Ifill Homes is looking for a results-driven Construction Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts and grow our presence across the GTA. In this role, you'll be the face of our company for new clients guiding homeowners, developers, and investors through their renovation or custom home journey. You'll handle everything from initial consultation to contract signing, with the support of our estimating and project management team. The ideal candidate is experienced in construction sales, confident in client interactions, and motivated by closing deals that bring dream homes to life. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to earn commission, grow with the company, and help shape the future of residential construction in the GTA.

Responsibilities / Duties

• Generate and manage leads for renovation and custom home projects

• Conduct client consultations in person or virtually to assess project needs

• Collaborate with the estimating team to prepare detailed quotes and proposals

• Present proposals to clients, address questions, and close sales

• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, developers, and real estate professionals

• Represent Ifill Homes at networking events, industry meetups, and client meetings

• Track all sales activity and follow-ups using CRM tools

• Coordinate smooth hand-off from sales to project management team

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions

• Promote and uphold Ifill Homes' brand, values, and 10-year warranty promise in every interaction
