Shipping Manager – Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Shipping Manager to oversee and coordinate all outbound logistics and shipping operations at our client's manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and accurate shipment of products while maintaining compliance with all regulations and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shipping operations, including carrier coordination, scheduling, and documentation

• Supervise and lead the shipping team to meet performance and safety standards

• Ensure accurate order fulfillment, packaging, and labeling

• Maintain shipping records and track KPIs for efficiency and cost control

• Collaborate with production, inventory, and customer service teams to align schedules and priorities

• Ensure compliance with all transportation, safety, and export regulations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a shipping/logistics management role within manufacturing

• Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping regulations

• Proficient in logistics software and ERP systems

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
