Key Responsibilities
- Creating and managing custom reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Reviewing and auditing delivery documentation from drivers and brokers, making necessary adjustments in TMW software.
- Verifying documentation completeness to ensure accurate billing.
- Coordinating with Operations to confirm and apply necessary adjustments in TMW software.
- Following up with drivers and owner-operators to collect any missing delivery documents
- Collaborating with billing and pay departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payments.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- Working knowledge of transportation terminology.
- Working knowledge of confidentiality requirements.
- Working knowledge of data validation techniques.
- Working knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOP's).
- Applied knowledge of communication protocols.
- Applied proficiency in typing quickly and accurately.
