Lawn care services are highly regulated. For this reason, we ask new team members to start with in-person training and site visits until they've developed the necessary skills and confidence to work independently still with hourly pay.

Success in this role requires exceptional customer focus and attention to detail. As a Lawn Care specialist you will be pivotal in delivering expert mowing and landscaping advice, ensuring our clients enjoy pristine and well-maintained lawns.

Duties & Responsibilities

✅ Engage with clients to understand their lawn care needs and create personalized mowing and maintenance plans that exceed expectations.
✅ Build and grow a client base, leveraging leadsand strategic marketing efforts.
✅ Provide ongoing support and expert guidance, fostering long-term relationships with clients and ensuring repeat business.
✅ Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive advantage.
