Position:

We are currently looking to hire a Gardener. In this role you will be working alongside our property care crew members. Our ideal candidate has experience in trimming, weeding, cultivating, pruning and edging, they have knowledge of a variety of plants, a love of the outdoors no matter the weather conditions and posses a positive attitude. Our gardening teams transition to holiday light installations in late fall, giving full-time work for most of the year. During the winter months we do have a layoff period, but offer wage top up.

Role Requirements:

• Ability to work as a team and/or independently
  
• Ability to work with gardening tools; pruners, rake, cultivator, edger, blower, line trimmer
  
• Willingness to work outdoors in ever changing weather conditions
• Growth mindset- seeking to learn and grow in your role
• Organized and punctual
• An eye for detail
• Safety minded
• Ability to lift 30 -50 lbs.
• Ability to withstand some repetitive physical work (kneeling, bending, lifting)
• Transition to christmas lights installation in late fall
