What You'll Do

As an Assembly Technician, you'll work hands-on with new equipment that ships directly to our global customers. This is collaborative, precision-driven work where your contributions are visible, valued, and vital. You'll:

  • Assemble mechanical sub-systems that form the bones of our packaging lines
  • Build and test full systems from engineering drawings and schematics
  • Wire and configure electrical panels alongside experienced panel technicians
  • Prep materials, stage parts, and maintain shop flow to keep us moving smoothly
  • Support continuous improvement, helping us get faster and better without sacrificing quality
  • Learn advanced skills like Lean Manufacturing principles, BOM interpretation, and pneumatic/electrical integration

  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safe work practices
  • Exposure to manufacturing, automation, or mechanical systems
  • A technical trade background in industrial mechanics, automation, or electrical work

Location & Compensation This is an in-person role based at our headquarters in Calgary. We offer a competitive starting salary of $50-65k, based on experience. We believe great people are worth investing inand develop and promote internally.TL;DR
