We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and hands-on Director of Residential Growth Analytics & Marketing Technology to lead our marketing insights, measurement, and marketing technology initiatives. This leader will drive broad marketing performance optimization for multi-year growth through advanced measurement methodologies, sophisticated reporting, and strategic MarTech development. You will mentor and lead a high-performing analytics team and serve as a critical partner to Marketing, Sales, Service, Product, and Technology teams.

Growth Analytics & Advanced Measurement:
- Lead and build advanced marketing measurement initiatives including marketing mix modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), and causal impact analysis.
- Develop, test, and refine frameworks to measure and optimize media spend, flighting, and channel allocation based on rigorous analysis.
- Provide ongoing, data-driven recommendations to improve marketing and media effectiveness, creative performance, and website engagement.
- Bring new ideas and opportunities to leverage emerging measurement approaches and tools including AI and machine learning to improve analytics and drive even greater performance.
- Collaborate with channel and lifecycle marketing leads to develop sophisticated audience segmentation strategies across acquisition, retention, and website experiences, identifying high-value customer behaviors.
- Partner on the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and experiments, ensuring statistically sound methodologies and actionable results that fuel continuous optimization.
Performance Measurement & Optimization:
- Leads the analysis of division performance metrics, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence strategy, investment, and customer engagement.
- Establishes and owns reporting frameworks and performance dashboards to track marketing performance at a global and franchise level, providing full transparency and actionable insights.
- Evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns and creative assets across paid media and website channels, identifying top-performing messaging, visuals, and formats for conversion.
- Collaborate with channel and lifecycle marketing leads to enhance audience segmentation strategies across acquisition, retention, and website experiences.
- Support with brand studies, customer research, and audience surveys to inform marketing strategies and optimize messaging.
- Analyze marketing channel performance providing insights to enhance ROI and improve customer engagement.
- Partner with marketing and channel leaders on the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and experiments to ensure reliable, actionable results.
MarTech Development & Ownership:
- Build and shape the Marketing Technology (MarTech) function in collaboration with Product, Technology, and Business Intelligence teams, selecting and implementing best-in-class tools, strengthening utilization of existing technology, and sunsetting technology as needed, in alignment with business goals.
- Own and continuously optimize the marketing tech stack to enhance acquisition, retention, efficiency, and customer experience goals.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all marketing platforms, leading the strategy and execution of event tracking, tagging, and troubleshooting within GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Act as the primary advocate for a robust customer data strategy, championing the development of a unified customer profile (e.g., through a CDP) that is fit for purpose across the organization.
- Oversee and optimize the integration of MarTech platforms to create a cohesive ecosystem that drives automated workflows, efficient data flow, and real-time activation of customer insights.
Strategic Leadership & Team Development:
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to marketing and executive leadership, influencing critical decisions around growth marketing, customer experience, and business performance through compelling, data-backed insights.
- Influence decisions around marketing strategy, marketing investment, customer engagement strategies, marketing optimization, website experience, and business performance through data-backed insights.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of marketing analysts and marketing technologists. Set clear priorities, develop team capabilities, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
- Communicates complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable way to stakeholders at all levels, including Franchise Partners.
Data Strategy & Governance:
- Advocates for ongoing development of the customer data strategy that is fit for purpose
- Supports data governance initiatives by acting as a Data Owner for residential, marketing, sales, service metrics
- Provides oversight of self-serve reporting tools for Franchise Partners to measure impact of marketing investment.
???? WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics or marketing technology, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in marketing measurement methodologies (MMM, MTA, causal impact analysis) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong hands-on technical proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and website analytics.
- Proven experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing a complex marketing technology stack including customer data platforms, personalization engines, marketing automation platforms, advertising technology, content management systems, and more.
- Highly proficient in data visualization and dashboarding tools (Tableau experience strongly preferred).
- Skilled at experimental design, A/B testing, and test & learn frameworks.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
