We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions with a strong focus on automating business processes. You will contribute to the entire development lifecycle from architecture and coding to deployment and maintenance - while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into efficient, automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance internal and client-facing applications with a focus on automation.

  • Design system architecture and write clean, maintainable code.

  • Analyze and improve existing applications and logic.

  • Implement Agile and DevOps best practices to deliver quality software consistently.

  • Create unit tests and ensure overall product quality.

  • Write and maintain clear documentation for development and deployment.

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to align software solutions with business goals.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of full stack development experience.

  • Proven track record in building web platforms to automate workflows.

  • Strong hands-on skills in:

    • Frontend: Angular (TypeScript), JavaScript

    • Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs

    • Database: SQL, Oracle, or SQL Server

  • Experience with automation platforms such as Appian or RPA tools.

  • Familiarity with Agile project tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Cloud-native development experience, ideally on AWS.

  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.

Bonus Points For
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or brokerage.

  • Experience building cloud-based applications using AWS.
