What Youll Be Doing

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support Enkels growth initiatives by executing marketing campaigns across digital channels, helping to manage our brand presence, and assisting with content and event marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role that is ideal for someone who wants to gain experience across a wide range of marketing activities in a growing, mission-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid digital channels
  
• Create and schedule social media posts that align with our brand voice and goals
  
• Manage and update website content using WordPress
  
• Support the creation and distribution of content such as blogs, case studies, one-pagers, and event materials
  
• Coordinate logistics for webinars, conferences, and other marketing events
  
• Lead with CRM and marketing automation work in HubSpot, including email workflows and list segmentation
  
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot, and support regular reporting
  
• Work with external vendors and freelancers to complete marketing tasks as needed
  
• Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure messaging and campaign activities are aligned
  

What You Bring

• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced B2B marketing environment
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create clear and engaging copy
• Proven hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms
• Experience with website CMS platforms like WordPress
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Experience with B2B marketing, ideally in tech-enabled or professional services environments
• Experience or exposure to AI tools and technologies in marketing is highly desirable.
• A positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn and grow

Salary range: $55,000 - $70,000

Office location: 510-900 Howe Street, Vancouver, BC
