Do you have strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills? Are you able to adapt to a wide range of clerical and customer service activities in office administration, data entry, and respond to public enquiries? If so, we want you on our team!


As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, being the first point of contact, and handling all telephone and walk-in customers in a professional, welcoming, and focused manner.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Office Administration Certificate and two years office administration experience, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Experience with correspondence, record keeping, spreadsheets and word processing;
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
  • Ability to deal with occasional upset customers in a professional, respectful manner;
  • Strong organization and prioritization abilities, including the ability to multi-task, enter data accurately and efficiently, and ability to work independently;
  • Flexible approach to changing work environment;
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm;
  • Excellent computer skills using MS Office; experience using VADIM and GIS is desirable;
  • Valid BC Driver's Licence.

This is a relief position that is being offered on an on-call, as needed basis. This position pays $32.45 per hour.
