Your Role:


As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be a major contributor to Hypercharges growth across your territory, owning the full sales cycle from strategy to close. Youll build and manage relationships with Property Developers, REITs, Property Managers, Parking Management Companies, Fleet Managers, and other critical partners.

Youll operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Executive teams to tailor solutions and maximize market penetration.

This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role with significant earnings potential and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of your territory and sales pipeline, driving revenue and market share growth.
  • Identify and close high-value opportunities, focusing on long-term growth and customer success.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategy and processes across the team.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Executive teams to refine and present a compelling offering for your segment.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with installation and referral partners to expand market reach.
  • Adopt and augment Hypercharge sales processes and share best practices with the team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience developing sales partnerships.
  • Experience in direct B2B sales with a proven sales methodology.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience selling EV charging infrastructure or related solutions in proptech, clean energy, or fleet management.
  • A demonstrable customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment and solving challenges on the fly.
