About the Role:

Are you ready to be a trailblazer? As the eCommerce Implementation Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in our digital transformation, working closely with business stakeholders, customers, and our eCommerce platform vendor. You'll help shape the future of B2B eCommerce in Canada by:

  • Becoming a subject matter expert in our new eCommerce platform and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders on planning, defining requirements, systems design, and deployment tasks.
  • Working with customers, sales account managers, and other stakeholders to understand desired functionality and features. You'll design, document, and wireframe solutions, and collaborate with engineering resources during build and QA phases.
  • Providing advanced technical support for eCommerce platform-related issues, ensuring our digital experience is seamless and impactful.
  • Exploring the external landscape of B2B and B2C eCommerce to identify and document innovative features and functionality for future releases.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary certificate in Computer Science, IT, System Design, or Engineering background preferred but not essential.
  • 5+ years of experience in deployment, configuration, and migration of eCommerce platforms like Shopify Plus, Magento, BigCommerce, Amazon Business, etc.
  • Technical competencies in requirements gathering and documentation, systems design, SQL, and wireframe design.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English are absolutely critical for this role. You must be able to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, produce high-quality documentation, and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to bring ideas to life through visioning and UX design.
  • French is an asset.

Salary Range:

  • $85K-$100K

Where will I work?
Our head-office is in Vaughan, ON. We work from the office at least 3 days per week. Always Tues and Thurs.
