Long Range Outdoors is currently seeing a Parts Advisor to join our dynamic customer service team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet customers when they arrive at the parts counter and serve them.
• Picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock from various enquiries.
• Developing strong customer relationships via telephone, in person, and online communication.
• Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly replenished, providing fast service to workshop and other departments as well as trade/retail customers.
• Advising customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings.
• Handling warranty claims processing (relating to parts issues) and completing all relevant administration promptly and accurately (including customer records and invoicing).
• Consulting with techs about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to more costly work.
• Providing customers with info about available aftermarket and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) part options.
• Advising customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings.
• Call customers to inform them of changes in orders or for pick-up of parts.
• Point of sale transactions, daily reconciliation.

What We Require:

• Sound knowledge of parts catalogues and computer applications.
• Knowledge of stock control procedures.
• Experience providing excellent customer service.
• Min high school diploma - experience in the recreational equipment or automotive industry is an asset.
