Hace Mechanical is a growing company specializing in industrial HVAC solutions, including steam boilers, hot water boilers, and air conditioning systems. We provide custom, energy-efficient HVAC solutions for industrial and commercial clients. As a new business, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to help us expand our customer base and drive sales.

Job Overview

This is a commission-only position, ideal for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a performance-based role. You will be responsible for finding customers, generating leads, and closing deals in the industrial HVAC market. This role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent sales skills, and the ability to work independently to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers in industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Sell and promote Hace Mechanical's HVAC services, including steam and hot water boilers, air conditioning, and mechanical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Work independently to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience in industrial HVAC sales is required – knowledge of steam boilers, hot water boilers, and air conditioning.
  • Strong business development and closing skills with a proven track record in sales.
  • Ability to generate leads and build a customer base from scratch.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, comfortable with a commission-based structure.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel if required.
