  • Report findings and feedback to the Product Development (PD) Enterprises team.
  • Develop user-facing content (e.g., FAQs, guides) to enhance customer experience and drive product improvements.
  • Provide technical support to Delta Controls customers via standard communication channels.
  • Manage and track customer issues and requests using our web-based Help Desk system.
  • Determine whether issues are related to application, documentation, or the product itself.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on timely resolution.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
  • Collaborative team player with demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Certification from an accredited two-year technical program (e.g., Automation, Instrumentation, Mechatronics) or equivalent education/experience.
  • 10+ years of hands-on technical experience with commercial building automation systems.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, Direct Digital Controls (DDC), Access Control, Lighting Systems, and Networking.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience using AutoCAD and Visio is an asset.
  • Commitment to complete a designated self-study HVAC course within the first year, if not previously trained.
  • Valid driver's license and current passport.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally upon request.
  • Prior experience with Delta Controls systems is strongly preferred.
