Eansor Auto Group is looking for an Service Advisor at Courtesy Ford Lincoln!

As a Service Advisor at Courtesy Ford Lincoln, you will be the main point of contact for our service customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their vehicle maintenance and repair needs are met efficiently and professionally. You will work closely with the service team to communicate customer concerns, recommend necessary services, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for every customer. The Service Advisor is responsible for guiding the customer through the maintenance scheduling process and repair of their vehicle. Our company is looking for a customer centric individual who is passionate about building relationship with our customers.

Job Duties:

• Work with customers to understand their needs.
• Work with customers to answer questions or concerns.
• Ensure that customer vehicles are adequately cared for and keep the customer updated on the progress of their repairs.
• Complete a follow up to ensure that customers have no additional questions about the repair of their vehicle.
• Complete paperwork and digital submissions for warranty, ESP, and other as required by Ford/Lincoln.
• Stay up to date on Ford product lines and their features to assist customers efficiently.
• Additional duties assigned.

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
• Loves a fast pace environment.
• Computer skills and understanding of technology especially in vehicle.
• Experience with Reynolds Ignite software considered an asset.
