Position: Site Superintendent
Location: St. Catharines, Ontario

Project Type: 248-unit Multi-Family Wood Frame Development
Role Overview:
The Site Superintendent will be responsible for the on-site execution of a 248-unit multi-family wood frame project. This is a full-cycle role requiring hands-on leadership from site mobilization through to completion and occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of site construction from start to finish
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site staff to maintain schedule and quality
• Ensure site safety protocols and building codes are followed
• Monitor project progress and manage day-to-day site activities
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and internal teams
• Mentor and train the Assistant Site Superintendent assigned to the project

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Site Superintendent on multi-family wood frame residential projects
• Proven track record of delivering similar projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of Ontario Building Code and site safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members

• Salary range: $120,000-140,000
