Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Sr Document Controller & Data Analytic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interpreting engineering and information specifications, and experience with various EIM applications. This role requires someone who can connect applications with documents and ensure that information is easily accessible to the end-user community.

Job Description

  • Interpret and apply engineering and information specifications to our EPCs.
  • Understand and explain the rationale behind document numbering and equipment tagging as described in SPAC.
  • Connect tagging to documentation and applications.
  • Utilize and integrate various EIM applications, including Aveva, ASSAI, UPV, ihoc, and digital twin (Conspirator).
  • Ensure digitization and data scraping processes are efficient and effective.
  • Make information available to the end-user community within 30 seconds or less.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve document management and data integration.

Skills Required

  • Qualifications:
    • Proven experience with EIM applications such as Aveva, ASSAI, UPV, ihoc, and digital twin (Conspirator).
    • Strong understanding of engineering and information specifications.
    • Ability to connect applications with documents and ensure seamless integration.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
    • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience in the engineering industry.
    • Familiarity with digitization and data scraping techniques.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Education/Training/Certifications

  • Highschool diploma or GED.
