What You'll Do
You'll play a critical role in designing and delivering simulation and optimization solutions for a wide range of industries. You'll help clients visualize opportunities, solve supply chain challenges, and unlock operational improvements through digital twin technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and prepare complex datasets, support solution design and model end-to-end processes
- Translate business requirements into simulation models and workflows
- Run scenario experiments to evaluate strategic decisions and deliver client insights
- Conduct supply chain diagnostics and root cause analyses; recommend improvements
- Identify opportunities or next steps for creating supply chain efficiencies and savings for the client.
- Collaborate with clients to understand challenges, define future-state operations, and deliver value
- Document models and insights clearly; develop impactful visualizations and presentations
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who's curious, analytical, and client-focusedwith the technical chops to turn complex problems into practical, data-driven solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations or consulting
- Hands-on experience with supply chain design (e.g., network optimization, Greenfield analysis)
- Strong data skills: ETL tools (Alteryx, Data Guru), API integration, and data pipelines
- Proficient in Python (preferred), SQL, or similar programming languages
- Exposure to supply chain modeling tools like anyLogistix, Llamasoft, AIMMS, or Cosmic Frog
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for storytelling through data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Excellent communication skillsable to simplify complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences
- Consulting experience preferred
- Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset
