We're searching for a U.S.- or Canada-based Head of Regional Marketing to join our North America Commercial team, so that we can build a high-performing marketing organization aligned to regional growth priorities. The Vice President, Regional Marketing will lead all regional marketing strategy and execution to drive pipeline growth, market share expansion, and customer engagement across North America.

How You'll Spend Your Time:

  • Developing and executing regional demand generation campaigns to grow high-quality marketing-sourced pipeline

  • Partnering with Sales and Product teams to create a cohesive GTM strategy aligned to FY26 business priorities

  • Building and mentoring a high-performing regional marketing team to deliver measurable growth outcomes

  • Establishing a data-driven marketing operating model to track performance, optimize campaigns, and report results

  • Collaborating with global marketing to ensure brand alignment while tailoring messaging to regional needs

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having:
  • Senior Executive experience in B2B marketing, with strong emphasis on healthcare SaaS
  • Proven success in building and scaling demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline growth

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing operations, campaign performance tracking, and customer segmentation

  • Ability to travel to regional events and team meetings as needed (approximately 20–30%)

  • Sincere interest in improving healthcare outcomes through technology and data

  • A knack for working cross-functionally and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
