Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the production team, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to schedules and targets.
• Familiarize on immediate, short-term and long-term production requirements and ensure it is communicated with the team as needed.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
• Maintain safety of employees as priority.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Post-secondary education an asset.
• 3- 5 years related Production Supervisory experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing / fabrication environment.
• Able to work a straight Evening shift.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
