We're growing and looking for a skilled Estimator to join our team!

Job Summary:

The Estimator plays a critical role in evaluating property damage and creating accurate, competitive estimates to guide restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has experience in restoration or construction estimating, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Xactimate or similar software.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect residential and commercial properties to assess damages (fire, water, mold, etc.)

• Create detailed, accurate estimates using Xactimate or other estimating software

• Work with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and project managers to coordinate job scope and pricing

• Ensure compliance with industry and company standards

• Follow up on estimates and adjust as needed based on supplemental needs

• Maintain organized documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• 2+ years of estimating experience in the restoration or construction industry (if not, training can be provided based on qualifications)

• Proficient with Xactimate (Level 2+ preferred, if not, training will be provided)

• Strong knowledge of restoration processes, insurance claims, and construction methods

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.)

• Experience handling insurance claims

• Bilingual a plus
