We are looking for a Security Site Supervisor for a high profile office building in Downtown Core.

Main Duties/Responsibilities for this position:

• Implement comprehensive security strategies to safeguard the commercial tower
• Maintain, and update Emergency response plans
• Lead and manage a skilled security team to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Scheduling of staff and last minute book offs when required
• Complete training and development for new and existing staff
• Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and other security technologies to identify and respond to potential threats
• Enforce rules, regulations, and policies
• Conduct performance reviews for staff
• Provide detailed written reports as required
• Collaborate with property management and external stakeholders to address security concerns.

Key Skills/Qualifications required for this position:

• Minimum of 3 years Supervisory experience in a commercial tower
• Proven experience as a Security Site Supervisor or in a senior security management role.
• A degree or college diploma in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively resolve client issues in a professional manner
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Access preferred
• Ability to collect, analyze and present data in business meetings
• Ability to identify issues with personnel and develop/implement an action plan to address
• Experience in Scheduling, Operations, CCTV monitoring, access control systems
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations.

Pay Rate - $27 - $28
