Subfloors are checked before you arrive. Materials on-site, organized by unit. Our laborers move boxes where you need them. Other trades are finished and gone. You just install.

THE SETUP:

• Vinyl plank and laminate in units
• Tile in bathrooms (if that's your thing)
• Same layouts = faster each building
• Materials staged by unit
• Clean, empty units ready for flooring

THE PAY:

• Above market rate per square foot or hourly
• Weekly payment - no chasing
• Efficiency bonus for beating timeline
• Example: 5-day job done well in 4? Extra pay

YOUR DAY:

• Show up to prepped units
• Materials already inside each unit
• No wrestling boxes up stairs
• Site super handles any issues
• Actual lunch area and clean bathrooms
• Professional environment

4-12 unit buildings throughout HRM area. Once you know our standard layouts, you'll cruise through installs. Steady pipeline of work.
