Elevate RS is seeking a Financial Controller on behalf of a key client in the custom manufacturing sector. This role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights, ensure fiscal accuracy, and support informed decision-making to drive business success.

• Analyze project performance and operational efficiency through financial data
• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, cash flow, and general ledger functions
• Manage production cost tracking and variance analysis
• Supervise and mentor the accounting/finance team
• Support audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Implement and maintain financial controls and digital reporting tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with operations

• 8 - 10years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
• CPA designation is required
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting in a production environment
• Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel
