The MRG Group is seeking a talented Graphic Designer & UX Web Developer with advanced Webflow expertise to join our dynamic team. As Canadas leading experience-first company in hospitality, live entertainment, and events, we create Positive Shareable Experiences for our guests, teammates, and partners. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually compelling, user-centric digital experiences that reflect our brand and drive engagement across our diverse portfolio of venues, festivals, and digital platforms.

- Design visually engaging graphics, layouts, and digital assets for web, social media, and event marketing.
- Uphold The MRG Groups brand identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing, live, travel, ticketing, BeatRoute and hospitality teams to deliver creative solutions that support business objectives.
- Lead the design and development of responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow
- Translate wireframes, prototypes, and creative briefs into high-quality, interactive web experiences.
- Optimize user journeys and site architecture for maximum usability and conversion.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design and development.
We are looking for someone with:
- Relevant industry experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design and web development, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or events sectors.
- Technical expertise: Advanced proficiency in Webflow, with demonstrated experience and examples of live projects. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- A user-centric approach to design: Deep knowledge of UX/UI best practices and a passion for creating seamless digital experiences. Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing is an asset.
- Strong visual communication skills: A solid grasp of visual design principles including hierarchy, typography, color theory, grid systems, and composition to create compelling and intuitive interfaces.
- Proficiency in design tools: Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, or Figma) or similar tools for developing everything from brand assets to marketing collateral. Bonus: Video and/or animation experience.
- A web-savvy mindset: Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and web performance optimization.
- A collaborative spirit: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organization: Proven project management abilities with the capacity to prioritize and deliver on multiple deadlines.
- Adaptability and a forward-thinking attitude: Eagerness to learn, iterate, and stay ahead of evolving design and technology trends.
