We're a full-service commercial maintenance company looking for a top-tier Administrative Assistant/Operations Support to deliver innovative projects in the healthcare, education, hospitality, recreational, entertainment, retail, commercial office, mixed-use, and light industrial sectors. You'll play a key role in coordinating reports, documents, meetings, and internal communications—helping projects and people move forward efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the General Manager and Project Team.
- Prepare and organize reports, emails, and documents.
- Schedule meetings and help coordinate team events.
- Support project teams with tasks like document tracking and equipment orders.
- Assist with onboarding new hires (desk setup, IT coordination, welcome materials).
- Handle mail, office supplies, and courier shipments.
- Manage purchase orders, travel bookings, and expense reports.
- Maintain office organization and serve as the first point of contact in the office.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 2+ years of admin experience (construction or maintenance industry a plus).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive.
