RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of the Office Administrator/Receptionist include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as the first point of contact for the company, providing outstanding customer service and professionalism
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Coordinating courier shipments and deliveries
- Handling data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- Managing and responding to customer emails, redirecting as needed
- Organizing and maintaining files, supplies, and general office order
- Supporting various administrative duties and special projects as assigned
- Ensuring communication between departments is effective and efficient
- Working in a team environment to maintain a productive office culture
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Friendly and professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy office setting
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
