ICI Construction Project Manager
Location: Ottawa, ON
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

A dynamic and growing general contractor is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction projects in the Ottawa area. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of ICI construction projects from planning through to closeout
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and contractual standards
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide timely progress reports
• Resolve issues and mitigate risks to keep projects on track
• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold high service standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in ICI construction
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and documentation (e.g., CCDC)
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and other project management tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or related field
• PMP or Gold Seal Certification is an asset, but not required
