A leading integrated design consultancy is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join its team in Vancouver. About the Role You'll join a collaborative team of engineers, designers, and technologists delivering complex new-build and renovation projects across sectors such as:

Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design for mid- to large-scale industrial and institutional projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project development, resource planning, and quality control.
- Prepare detailed documentation, technical specifications, and construction drawings.
- Provide input during design development, client meetings, and project coordination sessions.
- Use Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools to produce and mark up 3D models.
- Oversee project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
- Participate in internal coaching, mentoring, and recruitment activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia (or eligible).
- 8+ years of relevant experience in building mechanical systems.
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and HVAC load calculation tools.
- Strong understanding of applicable building and energy codes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Must be eligible to obtain Security Clearance (Department of National Defence).
- LEED accreditation (Green Associate or AP) is an asset.
