We're looking for a sharp, idea-driven Content Strategist to lead the ideation process across client campaigns. If you love TikTok trends, understand what makes content hit, and can turn brand goals into creative concepts, you'll thrive here.
This role is all about bridging content and strategy. You'll brainstorm creative video ideas, write hooks/scripts, and help organize shoot plans with our production team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop content ideas tailored to each client's brand, tone, and audience
Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and high-performing hooks
Write short scripts, punchy hooks, and basic shot outlines for shoots
Collaborate with editors, on-set actors, and the creative team
Help structure and maintain Notion-based shoot boards and calendars
Contribute to larger campaign themes and storytelling direction
What We're Looking For:
You understand what makes content go viral
You're fast with ideas and know how to connect them to brand strategy
You can write clearly and confidently, especially for TikTok-style content
You're organized and comfortable managing digital workflows (we use Notion)
Bonus: Experience in copywriting, social media marketing, or creative direction
Additional Details:
~6–8 hours of work per week — all you need is a laptop; perfect side role
$20/hour compensation
