Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Marketing and Events Coordinator to oversee and compliment National brand promotions, marketing initiatives, and community engagement across our markets for our Tim Hortons and Firehouse Subs franchise locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the foodservice industry, local market dynamics, and experience in multi-brand marketing. This role involves orchestrating effective marketing campaigns and memorable events to drive customer loyalty and franchise growth in each market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for Tim Hortons and Firehouse Subs in each market to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Plan and coordinate local marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, in-store promotions, and community outreach tailored to each brand's target audience.
- Organize and manage sponsorship events, openings, promotions, and community activities to enhance local presence and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with franchise owners, corporate marketing and store managers to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful event execution.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and events, adjusting strategies based on data and market feedback.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for campaigns and events.
- Build relationships with local media and community organizations to elevate brand awareness and foster partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with corporate branding guidelines for Tim Hortons and Firehouse Subs across all markets.
Qualifications:
- Related education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing and event management, preferably within the foodservice or franchise industry is preferred.
- Proven success in managing multi-brand marketing campaigns and local sponsorship events.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adapt strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple markets and teams.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and POS/CRM systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of local foodservice market trends and customer preferences.
- Ability to take National programs and provide relevant, local elements.
- Creativity in campaign and event planning.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and the ability to work with little supervision
