Key Responsibilities:

• Lot Organization: Maintain a clean, professional, and well-ordered display of dealership vehicles. Ensure vehicles are parked correctly and showroom- or delivery-ready.
• Vehicle Photography: Capture high-quality, consistent images of our inventory for use on Lexus-certified listings and digital platforms.
• Light Vehicle Detailing: Support our detailing team with light interior and exterior cleaning to maintain Lexus-level presentation standards.
• Guest Greeting & Support: Provide a warm, professional welcome to every guest. Guide them to the appropriate team member and ensure they feel valued and respected.
• Team Collaboration: Work in harmony with sales, service, parts and detail teams to provide a seamless and high-quality dealership experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Keen attention to detail and pride in personal and team performance.
• Ability to take initiative and remain organized in a fast-moving environment.
• Basic photography experience preferred but not necessary; all training provided for the right candidate.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
