A Product Support Specialist daily tasks vary depending on what is needed which makes the role dynamic and fast paced with the requirements continuously changing. Our main goal is to provide unmatched service and support for our customers while maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment with focus on continuous improvement.

Duties will include:

· The main objective being customer service and the customers complete satisfaction

· Troubleshooting and Repair of customer equipment (phone and infield)

· Installations of our products onto various carriers

· Pre-Delivery Inspection's (PDI's)

· Remanufacturing / Rebuilding of the products

· Performing start-ups of new equipment with customer

· Managing your own service truck

· Learning existing and new products

· Shop and Field work time is about 50-50

· Shop and Service Truck cleanliness
