SUPERVISORY ROLE - Requires proven construction leadership experience
COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITYCONTRACT PHASE (5-6 months per project):
- $3,000-$4,000/month based on performance
- Vehicle allowance and weekly performance bonuses
FULL-TIME TRANSITION (for proven performers):
- Base Salary: $50,000/year
- Performance Bonus: Up to $15,000/year (quarterly targets)
- Total Package: Up to $65,000/year + benefits

- One site at a time - focused management, not spread thin
3+ years as Foreman, Crew Leader, or Site Supervisor in residential construction
5+ years in trades WITH 2+ years supervising others (any residential work)
Assistant Superintendent experience on multi-unit residential projects
Construction education + 2+ years leadership on residential sites
Small residential focus preferred - you'll manage 5-15 people across 3-8 trades on fast-moving projects.

You'll run day-to-day operations on small multi-unit developments using our "Dream Site" system - proven methods that make sites more productive and profitable.
Daily Responsibilities (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM):
- Site security, safety enforcement, trade coordination
- Real-time progress tracking in BuilderTrend system
- Quality control checkpoints and documentation
- Material delivery verification and supply runs
- Inspector coordination and client communication
