About the Role:

Were looking for a Junior Business Analyst whos eager to learn, take on a variety of tasks, and support day-to-day operations. This entry-level, hybrid or fully remote role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to build a career by learning from a supportive and experienced team. This is a one-year contract position to cover a maternity leave, with the potential to transition into a permanent full-time role.
In this role, youll have the opportunity to work with different systems, contribute to process improvements, and grow into new responsibilities over time. This role will involve learning and contributing to the company across aspects of Operations, Finance, HR and Sales/Marketing.
- ConnectWise & Tools Administration
- Act as administrator for ConnectWise Manage and other internal tools (following onboarding and training)
- Perform updates to SQL queries used for reporting
- Troubleshoot staff queries related to SQL and reporting
- Review and collate business data to present to the President for decision making
- Vendor and Webinar Support
- Review new products and features and summarize key takeaways for the President
- Take on communication with vendors
- Reporting & Reconciliations
- Compile daily updates for weekly team progress reports
- Collate and reconcile reports between ConnectWise and QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Generate custom reports and insights as requested by the President
- Billing & Invoicing
- Manage integrations between suppliers and our internal billing system and quickly resolve issues
- Perform recurring and end-of-month (EOM) invoicing
- Documentation
- Draft documentation for new processes and tools
- Assist in collating information and reports for compliance projects
- Onboardings & Setup
- Setup tools for new staff onboardings
- Executive Support
- Assist the President with calendar management, tasks, emails, and administrative duties
What Youll bring to the Role?
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage assigned tasks and keep notes on progress
- Troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with incomplete information
- Experience with business tools and the ability to present data in a clear way
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, financial systems, and reporting tools
- SQL knowledge or willingness to develop skills in basic SQL queries
- Strong communication written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in an MSP or SaaS environment is a plus
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
