Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all phases of carpentry including framing, exterior siding, building envelope work, window and door installation, and both new construction and renovation/addition projects. If you take pride in your craft, are efficient with your time, and have a strong work ethic, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of framing, including floor systems, walls, and roofs.
• Install exterior siding and other cladding systems.
• Assist in building envelope work to ensure weather-tight structures.
• Complete window and door installations with attention to fit and finish.
• Work on a variety of new construction, renovation, and addition projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, site supervisors, and clients.
• Deliver high-quality work on schedule and within scope.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of carpentry experience.
• Strong proficiency in framing, siding, and envelope-related work.
• Solid experience with window and door installation.
• Comfortable working independently and with a team.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Must be reliable, respectful, and professional in all interactions.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to represent the company positively on-site.
• Must have own transportation to and from job sites.
• Must supply and wear own PPE (personal protective equipment) daily.
• Ability to work full-time (8-hour workdays), Monday to Friday.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites throughout the Chilliwack to Langley area.
