Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance overall efficiency and service delivery within the organization.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Manage the budget and finances of the office, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.
- Create and maintain processes that improve workflow, enhance productivity, and drive business success.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and monitor annual operational goals and performance metrics.
- Foster a positive workplace environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
- Oversee compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements pertinent to office operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage operational processes effectively.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a proven track record of implementing effective operational solutions.
- Previous experience in budget management and financial oversight.
The salary for the Director of Office Operations position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
