Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Motorcycle Mechanic/Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be licensed and possess a strong mechanical knowledge of Motorcycles, superior customer service skills and hands-on experience with both power and hand tools. This role is a new avenue at Ryan's Powersports & Marine and as such you will be able to help develop and shape the role. You will not be required to perform safeties.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various motorcycles.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Assist in the ordering of parts.
• Provide superior customer service
• Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Experience

• Proven experience working with Motorcycles as a licensed mechanic, power tools and hand tools.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical manuals and schematics and the knowledge to identify and order parts.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills, provide a superior customer service experience and effective knowledge of technology.
• A commitment to safety practices and procedures is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
