National Distribution Sales Associate (16-Month Maternity Leave Contract)

Adams Limitless is the exclusive talent partner supporting the search for a National Distribution Sales Associate to join a well-established safety solutions company on a 16-month maternity leave contract.

This role is ideal for a junior sales professional looking to grow their experience in B2B distribution and client relationship management. You'll support and manage a network of 50+ distributor accounts, working closely with senior sales leaders.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage daily communication and relationship-building across 50 national distributor accounts
  
• Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and client-facing materials
  
• Coordinate distributor support activities and monitor account performance
  
• Track leads, sales pipeline activity, and customer touchpoints using internal systems
  
• Participate in internal sales meetings and contribute to monthly sales reporting
  
• Support sales strategies for both new and existing product lines.
  

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account coordination
  
• Experience in safety, construction, mechanical, or B2B environments is a plus
  
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
  
• Organized, coachable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  
• Confident using Microsoft Office and willing to learn internal CRM tools
