We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our national marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment. As a Marketing Intern, you will play an essential role in supporting various marketing initiatives, contributing to impactful projects that help drive our business forward.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Support: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including web, social media, email, conferences, events, and digital advertising.
Copy Editing: Assist in the updating and improvement of marketing presentations,
whitepapers and other marketing collateral.
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for promotional materials, social
media posts, and website content using Canva.
Content Creation: Contribute to the writing and editing of marketing copy, ensuring
messaging is clear and effective in both English and French.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and
customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and content creation.
Public Relations: Assist in the creation and execution of press releases, webinars, and
client surveys, events and conferences.
Proposals: Assist with proposal/bid writing, editing, design, and formatting, as required.
Reporting/Analytics: Measure the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze web
traffic and other metrics
Collaboration: Work closely with the National Marketing Manager to brainstorm and
implement new ideas and strategies.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated interest in marketing, advertising, research, communications,
business administration, or related fields
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to decipher complicated topics to write in simple language
Knowledge of social media platforms and performance software
Attention to detail and analysis skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to read and write in French is considered a strong asset

Part-Time – up to 24 hours per week
Internship term: 12 weeks
