We are seeking our next great team member to join our team as a Part Time Receptionist. You must have a customer-centric approach to all duties and interactions and be an organized, team-oriented candidate that has excelled in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:
Greeting all customers and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner
Placing, receiving & routing a high volume of calls through a multi-line switchboard
Displaying a great first impression of the dealership.
Providing detailed administrative support
Processing payments on a POS machine
Other tasks, as assigned by management
A willingness to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons and Saturday is essential
Shifts for this position are:
Monday - Friday 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. ( 2-3 days per week, up to 5 days available)
Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 4 p.m. (rotating, every second week, or every Saturday available)

Ideal Requirements:
An upbeat, positive presence on the phone
Strong multitasking and phone handling skills
Proficient in record-keeping with computerized systems and administrative experience
Sales aptitude and excellent communication skills (phone and in-person)
Organized, with strong time management and computer skills
Professional work ethic and appearance for customer service
Consistent professional appearance and manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior receptionist or related experience preferred
Attention to detail and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word
Dealership experience is a plus
