We're Hiring: Bread Baker (Full-Time)

Are you an experienced bread baker with a passion for sourdough and artisan techniques? We're looking for a skilled baker to join our team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bread baking (minimum 2 years preferred)

• Confident with mixing, scaling, shaping, and baking a variety of breads

• Ability to operate deck ovens, spiral and planetary mixers, and other bakery equipment

• Strong understanding of fermentation and dough handling

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

• Able to start immediately.
