What You'll Do Here:
Subject Data (EDT) Processing & Picture Day Support- Validates student data for accuracy then cleans, configures, edits, and uploads Subject Data files (EDT) into system
- Uploads Picture Day Data Files (PDDF), Subject Card Elimination (SCE) files, Check-in reports, and Sledgehammer files to OneDrive for photographer use on Picture Day.
- Monitors Event Manager to ensure all picture day uploads have been successfully completed. Collaborates with the photo team to finish uploads for missing or incomplete jobs
- Receives job files in USB format to upload & complete events. Reformats USB drives upon return from photographers in preparation for future use.
- Creates and designs account IDs as defined by work order instructions
- Validates and releases all Host Service Product orders
- Works with Partners to configure, validate, and frame wall composites for accounts per work order instructions.
- Reviews, edits, and orders Class Composites as defined by program detail instructions
- Prepares Separate Sales Group sales list using appropriate information from work order instruction to be provided to accounts.
- Responds and resolves support requests from photographers, Sales, and Account Specialists
- Assembles and creates kits with all required Picture Day materials for photographers utilizing Salesforce for printing, assembling required materials, and verification of contents for accuracy.
- Stages/sets up tamper bag kits in designated location for photographer pick-up.
- Prepares outgoing tamper bag kits and other mail ensuring appropriate tracking information for all shipments as required.
- Receives and checks in QL Area mail tracking logs and process. Reviews all items for accuracy.
- Packages and ships items to designated lab, satellite location, or other defined locations.
- Research customer issues and partners to resolve as appropriate.
- Communicates with lab, Account Specialists, Sales Pros on work-in-process job issues.
- Contact appropriate school personnel to review, update and finalize staff and graduation composites.
- Answer phone calls, respond and maintain General Delivery Inbox emails and messages.
- May be required to provide office filling and other administrative functions.
- May be required to assist onboarding new staff and cross-train.
- Always represents Lifetouch in a professional manner while adhering to all Company and area policies and displays confidence and professionalism even during times of stress and in difficult situations.
- Uses safe work habits including proper lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, squatting, twisting, and driving techniques and adheres to all safety rules and guidelines.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry) (specifically Microsoft Excel).
- Attention to detail.
