Key Duties and Responsibilities
- The go-to person for all field operations and ongoing projects! Ensuring the job will be completed in an efficient, cost effective manner and as always- safely.
- Collaborating with the team on all aspects of operations and personnel matters
- Coordinate the manpower and equipment needed to get the job done
- Guiding a team to ensure projects are run smoothly in accordance to control risk, schedule, scope, cost, quality and safety
- Provide employees leadership and guidance on strategic direction and a vision for future growth by keeping the team informed, aligned and accountable
- Assist the Director of Operations and Account Manager in the development and administration of sales initiatives and various cost saving strategies
- Develops and maintains positive customer relations by leading through safe work performance and measurable key performance indicators
- Other duties as assigned
Role Specifications:
- 3+ years of experience in industrial services or maintenance within the oil & gas industry
- Experience must include a leadership position
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Class 1 or 3 driver's license with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years
- Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
