We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Associate Sales and Marketing Representative to join the dynamic team in Brampton, ON. Key Responsibilities
- Consistently exceed territory sales targets by executing the national sales strategy with precision and adaptability.
- Analyze market dynamics to develop competitive pricing strategies and meet sales objectives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure long-term loyalty and business growth.
- Oversee and strengthen the distributor network to drive business development and optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with OEMs, contractors, engineers, technical reps, and business owners to create and refine products based on customer specifications.
- Identify opportunities to displace alternative materials and pursue them in partnership with the Demand Generation team.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and tailor sales and marketing programs to boost market share among distributors.
- Conduct strategic customer research and engage senior-level contacts to expand product placement and market penetration.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions in line with the company's channel strategy.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and new product innovations by attending trade shows and regional events.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of direct sales experience; industry knowledge is a strong asset.
- Experience in foam product sales and established relationships with contractors or OEMs is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and confident presence.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%.
