- Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate departments
- Perform data entry for customer records, sales, service, and inventory systems
- Prepare and process rental invoices and assist with customers at pick-up
- Assist with scheduling appointments for rentals department
- Maintain office supplies and ensure common areas are tidy and organized
- Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed
- Assist in maintaining compliance with dealership procedures and manufacturer requirements
- Other general administrative duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in office administration is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, customer-service oriented demeanor
