The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and organizational support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations at the RV dealership. This role involves managing paperwork, customer interactions, receiving and dispersing incoming phone calls, scheduling, data entry, and coordination between departments to support both sales and service teams.THE ROLE
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate departments
- Perform data entry for customer records, sales, service, and inventory systems
- Prepare and process rental invoices and assist with customers at pick-up
- Assist with scheduling appointments for rentals department
- Maintain office supplies and ensure common areas are tidy and organized
- Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed
- Assist in maintaining compliance with dealership procedures and manufacturer requirements
- Other general administrative duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in office administration is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, customer-service oriented demeanor
