As a Sales and Rentals Equipment Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth yard operations—helping customers, managing equipment logistics, and keeping everything organized. You'll play a key role in receiving, inspecting, and preparing machinery while delivering top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive equipment, verifying quantity and quality against supporting documentation.
- Process equipment according to established procedures, affix bar codes as needed, and track locations using the ERP system.
- Inspect all incoming and outgoing rental equipment for condition and completeness, documenting with inspection logs and photos.
- Ensure all incoming customer equipment is properly tagged and verified, confirming all attachments are present and returned.
- Prepare equipment for shipment to customers ensuring it is washed, presentable, and functioning properly.
- Complete documentation such as bills of lading and transportation logs for all incoming and outgoing equipment.
- Initiate overage, shortage, damage processes with the sales coordinators.
- Stage all sales machinery, rental equipment, and customer equipment to the shop queue area.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the equipment storage areas, ensuring proper storage and timely housekeeping.
- Coordinate and participate in machinery and attachments stock counts (minimum of once per year), and complete stock verification for the sales coordinators.
- Support the location's rental coordinator in other functions (i.e. vacation coverage).
- Other related duties as assigned.

Training, Education and Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in an industrial environment using or organizing equipment.
- Experience operating equipment is an asset; training will be provided.
Compensation Package:
- Salary between $25-28 per hour depending on skills and qualifications.

Working Conditions: The Sales and Rental Equipment Coordinator is based out of the Surrey branch and works 40 hours on average per week Monday to Friday. This role is expected to have frequent exposure to the elements (80% of the time).
