What You'll Do as a Flexologist

As a Flexologist, you'll leverage your knowledge of anatomy and movement to guide clients through expert-assisted stretching sessions that will transform how they feel in their bodies.

What Your Role Looks Like

Deliver One-on-One Stretch Sessions
Guide clients through personalized, hands-on stretch sessions designed to meet their unique needs and goals.

Be a Wellness Educator
Empower clients with valuable knowledge on posture, mobility, injury prevention, and overall body mechanics.

Build Meaningful Client Connections
Create a welcoming, supportive experience that keeps clients coming back. Your positive presence and encouragement are essential.

Be an Active Team Member
Support new member onboarding, collaborate with front desk staff, and help represent the StretchLab experience.

Receive Ongoing Education

Grow Your Expertise
You are committed to learning and growing in your field, and eager to build a rewarding career in the wellness industry.

You Bring One of the Following

  • A degree or certification in Kinesiology, Human Kinetics, Exercise Science, Sports Therapy, or a related field
  • A current certification from a recognized body (e.g., CSEP, Canfitpro, NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NSCA, or similar)
  • A license as a Physical Therapist, Athletic Therapist, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Physiotherapy Assistant
  • A background in movement disciplines such as Yoga, Pilates, or Dance, with a strong foundation in anatomy

Bonus Points If You Also Have

  • CPR and First Aid Certification (or are willing to get certified)
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in health, fitness, or rehab settings
  • A deep understanding of biomechanics and functional movement
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a calm and confident approach
  • A passion for teamwork, growth, and building community
